I recently reported a fraud on my TD visa. The charges were way outside my normal purchases so their fraud detection is obviously useless.

TD informed me that the would reimburse me for 3 months of the fraudulent charges. Not only did they not reimburse me as they said they would, when I called to inquire about this I was hung up on twice by their customer service representatives. I was obviously not happy about the situation but I did not swear, curse or insult them. They refused to connect me with any manager.

After nearly 20 yrs of banking with TD the first time I needed to deal with a claim like this I was treated like garbage. I felt completely disrespected by their representatives. Obviously TD is not an honorable company and could care less about their smaller customers. I will be cancelling my TD visa and emptying my checking, savings and RRSP accounts and trying out a new bank.

Thanks to TD for showing me their true colours. Lesson learned!
