hello i am so pissed i am fifty three yrs old with injury to my back so i use drive thru teller machine on friday nov 24 2017 i put seven hundred in the machine it took my money than spit hundred fifty back to me window closed blank screen i was pissed let me tell ya went in to see teller she wrote on piece of paper went into machine and retrieved my bank card took that one gave me new one i than gave her the 150.00 to put in my account told it will take 3 days for other money to be in i said ok this was fri its now wednesday and there telling me another 5 days for investagaion to start

Reason of review: i feel you stole my money i have no paper work concerning my money and have been given run around from every person i talk too.

Monetary Loss: $550.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Horrible customer service, Waiting until 8pm on the last day i was promised a reply.
