I use a TD Aeroplan Infinite card and had need to contact the company on Credit Card issues on 2 separate incidences. All I got was a recording telling me how important a customer I was and how they would get to me as soon as possible. In both incidences I was on hold for over 45 minutes until I got fed up and hung up.

So I tried the chat line and actually got someone 2 HOURS LATER ( see transcript). I had already moved on when they responded.

I tried Tweeting, but no one answered

I finally messaged them on facebook and 20 minutes later I got a response.

I finally emailed them to close my account, but they said I had to call the phone line to do so (hahaha).

These guys are not in the game.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

IT'S TRUE! No one is working in the Call Centre.

Was reporting a Credit Card Fraud and after an hour all I got was due to large volume of calls I my wait longer than normal.

A representative will answer me shortly. An hour later and nothing.Tried calling on another phone number for Fraud and Credit Card Issues and I got a US rep whose job is to sell credit cards.I have been a TD Customer for 52 years and am seriously looking at moving my mortgage and investment account to another bank.
