Transfer funds missing

I shouldn't have to contact them by phone if I make a transfer that doesn't go through using the app/ online banking, I expect it to go through. I had to take the time to call from abroad to get them to allow the transfer. If I didn't, the transfer would still be in limbo. Their rep said "Ok we just needed to confirm it was you making the transfer" Then why not contact me and ask if it is me.. 7 days i waited, even though it claimed online and in the app the money was "Sent"

TD Visa mailed me my PIN

Received mail from TD Visa with my PIN. I DON'T HAVE A TD VISA. Need to have an online portal to report. On hold with TD for 60mins already. System error? The mail is in french and the phone number verified is correct. Data Breach? Maybe they should publish this on...
