Td Canada Trust - Without my fault, I had to waste sixty six dollars
On the 21st of September, I wired 400 US dollars to my Grand daughter. Edmonton Calling wood branch took two times money from my account. Each time576 Canadian dollars. When I pointed out, that person cancelled one transaction, and she said I will get money back later because it has to come back from the USA. After long try and phone call. I got 511 dollars back. I had to waste 66 dollars. I M not rich and without my fault very unfairly way, I had to lose my sixty dollars. The staff work there, they do not know their job. It is very unfortunate, careless and merciless customer service. I really want my money back.

Credit card charges

I received a letter from td saying I owe 85.69 on a card I haven't used since oct 31 2014. I would like that account closed and stay those charges thank you

Not able to open commrcial banking site

site is not opening. tried customer service chat, she sent me page to pay$2 for software expert to contact me. why I need to pay $2.00 if TD site is not working/opening?

Someone stole my card

I park my car in the parking area at the side of my cousin house at Shawinigan Lane SW. They took my pouch bag with all my card. My driver lincense, credit card and td bank. PR card and Alberta health card and blue gross. And my guess bag with my ID HOSPITAL

Terrible Service

I am a long time customer, over 20 years, they have all my business, which is substantial, and an excellent credit history. When you phone the branch in Parksville, it is nearly impossible to talk to someone. If you call your account manager, get voicemail, and response that they will call back by the end of the day. 3 week wait to see anyone. Been waiting for two weeks for financing approval for the purchase of a condo. Service is very untimely and they dont seem to care or make any additional effort. Terrible way to run a business.

Why is my cheque going account costing so much per month I need a lower rate for monthly charges

Im complying because my monthly rates are coming out before I get paid and costing way too much per month

Why I am switching my Visa platinum Aeroplan to CIBC

I cancelled my visa TD infinite aeroplan because of bad experience and poor service. I paid the charge in May. Been assured on the phone that everything was cleared and only a small administrative charge would be added in next month fee for the account closure and I will receive a statement (email or letter). I received a notice via text the month after and paid it via Interact.(I was expecting this amount to be the charge I was mentioned) The month after, I am being charged again. I called to Learn I own a much larger charge which was not identified at closure of the account. I have not received a statement (online and paper) since, and they are charging me interest! If you are looking for a Visa infinité AeroplanI strongly recommend to look at other alternatives. Will never use TD again

Bank card doesn't work

You can't withdraw from the ATM or any other stores include it only work at the teller .called the TD help centre with a lot of put you on hold and get other person came along put you on hold again . The best part is when I phone ask to enter card number it doesn't match our records That being said can't log in to easyline or internet banking either ATM is the same way contact the nearest branch I'dwhich

Interac payment

TD easy web would not process a payment for my Mastercard with another service. I tried to call customer service on my cell, from outside the country, spent 30+ MINUTES in the cue, to only be cut off. ALL the "contact us" links on the TD easy web page refused to open as well.

New card/easyweb

To whom it may concern, My name is Eden and Im an Australian who has a current standing TD account from my time working there on my visa. I have since returned home and am waiting for my tax return however today I lost my wallet that had this card in it. I went to go on the easyweb website to replace it, but since I have not needed to use it in a while, I forgot my username. I have my password! Understandably, this is a matter of somewhat urgency to have this card replaced and sent to me at my current address here in Australia so I can complete this process. Terrible customer service !!

Locked my account, didn't give notice , pumped gas , couldn't pay for it , due to acc lock, called bank next day , wouldn't give a reason for the lock, asked personal questions about why I wanted my money , and with additude , told me they wouldn't help over the phone , I'm sick with diabetes , and bed ridden today and can't get to a branch, and they are holding my funds hostage, I will be contacting higher authorities about this issue , TD don't have the rite to play God with people's finances just because they decide they can and screw customer service !!!they don't care , I'm contacting TD customer assurance and taking this to the next level , also posting on social media how awful a bank TD is , customers beware !!!

A Mr Dominic Peters, Allegedly EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TELEX TRANSFER TD CANADA TRUST BANK has issued me with an APPROVED PAYMENT GUARANTEE For payment by The Canadian Government for which I have paid Almost $ 6000 usd Document dated 22 June 2020 I consider myself & my wife Vulnerable, Me being 90 years of age & the wife 86/ I feel this man needs stopping if he is not in your employ. Level of service

Long story short. I have/had two disabled sons. One died. Both had RDSPs at TD. I asked TD to transfer RDSP funds from the one who died into his surviving brother's RDSP. It took over 2 months. In the process TD decided I was dead and closed my accounts. Also because of the delay in transferring funds the surviving son did not get the matching government grants. Insult to injury TD still can't right their wrongs. Canada Life paid insurance within a month. CIBC sent flowers - nice touch With this level of competency how long until others eat TD's lunch.
